RELEVANT KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Arthur Wamae is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over eight years’ post admission experience. He has commensurate experience in the Company Secretary area. He has been active in corporate, commercial, employment, and conveyancing transactions and associated dispute resolution. He has litigated in precedent setting commercial litigation disputes that have been determined by the Supreme Court of Kenya. He has extensive experience in matters that require the hybrid application of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and court litigation.

He has, courtesy of his company secretarial background, advised various companies in setting up corporate governance compliant structures that have allowed investors to seamlessly buy into the company. He has also assisted various clients set up their limited liability companies in countries in the East African Region. He has played crucial roles in various joint venture agreements involving local and foreign

developers.

Arthur holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from the University of Nairobi and a postgraduate diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law. He is also a Company Secretary (Section 6) graduate with KASNEB. Arthur is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
