Damaris Kahiga is a qualified Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B) from Moi University.

Over the years, Damaris has gained vast experience in Corporate and Commercial Law particularly in Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Private Equity, Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency and matters related to Intellectual Property.

She has also specialized in Immigration Law where she has advised a number of our international clients as well as provided guidance on the various immigration processes.

Damaris has played key roles in developing company policies, providing legal, compliance and governance services to local and multinational entities alike.
