Winnie Githire is a qualified Advocate of the High Court and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from Kenyatta University.

She is an astute lawyer with great interest in corporate and commercial law. Her focus is in Corporate Law, Restructuring & Insolvency, Intellectual Property, Data Protection, Banking and Project Finance, Securitization, Real Estate and Land Law and Labour Law. Winnie has been involved in a number of local and multinational transactions involving Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructuring, Insolvency, Market Entry Advice, Trademark Registration and Enforcement, Preparation of Commercial Agreements (including technology transfer agreements), Data Protection Audit and General Regulatory Research and Advisory.
